Shipping policy
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING/LEAD TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time may be extended during peak sale months (typically September, December) or promotional periods.
You will receive notification when an item(s) begins shipping out once processed and the products are ready (if custom or not on hand, they will be created). Items may take a week or weeks to begin shipping out due to the nature of most items being custom works not based on inventory and may depend on the number of products purchased and the existing order queue ahead of yours. We cannot guarantee a lead time but work to get products out and on their way to you as soon as humanly possible. This lead time currently stands at a minimum of 3-5 working days.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DESTINATIONS
We offer standard shipping options for domestic orders and free shipping covering any rings sold or orders $75 that do not include rings. As of this moment, we do not ship international due to the nature and cost of international orders. We currently ship to addresses only within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and chosen shipping method.
Estimated total delivery times from order fulfillment to shipping & delivery will not be provided due to the nature of most products being custom or not kept in inventory until created. Any estimated shipping delivery times will be provided by our shipping carriers according to your received tracking number. Review Section 1 for further information.
SECTION 3 - TRACKING SHIPMENTS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided information.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ensure shipments are to your door in a timely manner after shipping out, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strained delivery services may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations as we're unable to change delays from the shipping carriers we offer.
SECTION 5 - INCOMPLETE DETAILS OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect information or incomplete addresses. If an issue with information is noticed and arises, we will contact you to correct any incorrect or incomplete information before items ship out.
SECTION 6 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location. In the case your package is stolen, we are willing to work with you to provide replacement or discount depending on the nature of the product(s) in the package and if clear evidence is provided (ex: security footage).
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase. Should we change the shipping option any time after your purchase is made, we will not add additional fees to you and may refund you in the scenario we are able to use a cheaper and better option.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
